一、紧密结合相关的会计法律法规
在讲授会计系统知识的过程中，有意识地穿插一些问题给学生去思考。例如在讲授会计核算的一般原则时，紧密结合新修订的《会计法》，告知学生我国为什么要修订《会计法》？以及新修订的《会计法》遵循原则和怎样深刻理解？会计核算的一般原则第一条原则“客观性原则”就明确规定会计人员一定要真实、客观地反映单位的经济业务。据财政部1999年抽查100家国有企业会计报表，发现有81家虚列资产37.61亿元，89家虚列利润27.47亿元；在2000年会计信息质量抽查中，在被抽查的159家企业中，资产不实的有147家，虚增资产18.47亿元，虚减资产24.75亿元，利润不实的有157户，虚增利润14.72亿元，虚减利润19.43亿元；而在2001年，上市公司财务造假案更是频频发生，银广夏虚构主营收入和利润7.45亿元，蓝田股份虚增资产和存款3870万元，郑百文虚增利润1.4亿元等一系列问题陆续曝光，可见会计诚信的现状不容乐观。所以，会计诚信教育必须从“会计源头”抓起。学校教育作为灌输其价值观和道德原则的重要场所，使其在未来的职业活动中，除了必须将本职工作置于法律、法规的约束和规范之下，还必须具备与其职能相适应的职业道德水准。朱镕基同志先后两次为国家会计学院题写“诚信为本，操守为重，坚持准则，不做假账”的校训，就是对广大会计工作者提出的基本职业道德要求。

二、传授专业技能的同时重视职业道德教育
     目前，学校毕业的学生虽然具有相对较高的会计专业理论和技能，但却缺乏会计法制观念、会计职业道德观念。因此，学校在传授专业技能的同时更应重视职业道德教育。会计职业道德理论、原则一般较枯燥、抽象，若按传统的填鸭式教学方法，学生不易真正领会，甚至会反感。教师在讲授会计课程时有意识在课堂上结合相关案例资料，鼓励学生思考，这是培育学生快速思维的有效形式。在组织这部分教学时，要注意解决好几个问题。一是选择好案例。案例的选择主要围绕有关会计职业道德的内容，但同时要注意与学生已掌握的专业知识联系起来。例如在教学会计从业资格的班级时，针对教学的内容主要是“岗前培训”因此选择的案例侧重于会计未来职业道德的内容，这些案例除了涉及道德决策外，少不了涉及会计学许多理论和实务问题。因此，学生通过案例研讨不仅能使自己思考在各种情况下做出怎样的决策，而且还有效地复习和巩固了已学过的会计知识，并且使已学过的有关知识得到灵活运用。二是要对案例内容作好充分准备。教师不仅要熟悉案例，而且还要尽力收集其他辅助教学材料，如各类专业性报刊上有关论文、观点等。通过案例分析探讨，使学生锻炼了解决实际问题的能力，巩固了所学的相关会计专业知识，提高了灵活运用专业知识的能力，在生动活泼的学习中培养了道德观念。

  三、强化会计职业道德教育在会计课程教学中的目标和措施
   为了实现会计职业道德教育在会计学历教育、培训中的目标，可以采取以下几个方面的措施。
   1．设置“会计职业道德”课程。根据《公民道德建设实施纲要》的要求，在会计专业学历教育中专门开设“会计职业道德”课程。通过在校阶段的教育，向学生灌输会计职业道德的主要内容，使学生树立会计职业道德观念。
   2．开展会计职业道德建设活动。学校要将职业道德教育纳入正常的教学内容中，增加学分比重，针对不同学生特殊需要采取辅导教育方式。通过开设会计职业道德课程、加强引导、开展各种公益活动，强化正确的价值观和职业诚信观念。
    3．进行会计职业道德教育效果的测试和评价。对会计职业道德教育的效果应定期进行测试和评价，不仅需要学校考核评价，而且也需要社会的评价，从而进一步调整修订学校会计职业道德教育的内容和方法。
    学校课堂不仅是教授学生学习专业知识的殿堂，更是教授学生怎样做人的圣地。因此，会计专业的教育者应该认识到，在我们开始给学生传授会计专业知识时就应该引入会计职业道德教育。学生会计职业道德观念的建立不是通过一个专题讲座，或者看一些典型案例就能达到的。在现实生活中，要使会计人员具备正直、诚实的品质，客观公正、不偏不倚地对待有关利益各方，不以牺牲一方利益换取另一方利益或个人利益，是一件很不容易的事。因此，在专业教学中除了系统地开展会计职业道德教育外，还应该特别重视把市场经济的一般规则与法律规范贯穿于会计职业道德教育中。
